Leadership: Conducting an interpersonal conflict resolution process

Taking place on Friday, 8 September 2023 between 9.30am and 11.30am, this two hour, interactive course is designed for anyone with a leadership role in a healthcare setting

This two hour, interactive course is devised for anyone with a leadership role in a healthcare setting and is designed to complement our course: ‘Recognising and managing team conflict to reduce risk and improve effectiveness.’
