The MDDUS Training & CPD team provide open-access training courses on a range of key topics. Members enjoy a discounted rate and a list of current courses can be found here.
We are often asked if we can deliver MDDUS training courses to groups or organisations remotely (our preference is via Zoom) or in-person, if safe to do so. To facilitate this, our request a training course online form allows you to submit an application to host a training course on a topic of your choice – common topics include confidentiality, complaints handling, professionalism and communication.
Upon receipt of your request we will respond with availability and include details of the associated fee, which will be based on the nature, length and mode of your training request. We are also able to flexibly set up per-delegate rates and payment mechanisms by arrangement.
We also consider all requests for MDDUS speakers to attend local, regional or national conferences or events and applications relating to these this should be made via the request a speaker online form.
