Leadership: Conducting an interpersonal conflict resolution process

Taking place on 18 January 2022 between 9.30am and 11.30pm, this two hour, interactive course is designed for anyone with a leadership role in a healthcare setting

This two hour, interactive course is devised for anyone with a leadership role in a healthcare setting and is designed to complement our course: ‘Recognising and managing team conflict to reduce risk and improve effectiveness.’

A conflict resolution process will be examined, including: an overview of the process structure, how to manage individual and group meetings, building safety into the process, how to achieve powerful, but practical, commitments to change and monitoring outcomes. Via breakout groups, delegates will be encouraged to explore challenges to the process and how the process might be applied to their own, real-life scenarios.

This course is led by MDDUS senior risk adviser, Liz Price.

Accreditation by the Royal College of Physicians for 2 CPD credits has been applied for.
