The association between conflict and risk management will be examined, along with the opportunities that dealing with conflict effectively can bring in relation to improved team functioning and wellbeing. Understanding the nature of conflict is key to coming to a view on how to approach it. Via breakout groups, delegates will be encouraged to explore how useful investigation and resolution strategies can be applied within their own real life scenarios.
This course is led by MDDUS senior risk adviser, Liz Price.
