Doctors obliged to tell DVLA when patients drive against medical advice
UK-wide medical defence organisation MDDUS is reminding doctors of their obligation to tell the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) when patients are deemed no longer fit to drive yet continue to do so against medical advice.
