Remote working roles double in four years

  • Date: 10 October 2019

THE number of remote working jobs available in the UK has doubled in four years, new figures suggest.

Analysis of more than 175,000 vacancies posted on the CV-Library website found that the number of remote working jobs being advertised has increased by just under 52 per cent.

It found that an increasing number of businesses recognise the benefits of flexible working, while almost 56 per cent of Brits cite flexible working as their most desired workplace benefit.

Figures also suggest remote working jobs are often associated with higher salaries, better work-life balance and increased productivity.
