The maximum amount of a week’s pay for calculating redundancy pay has increased to £430 and the limit on the level of a guaranteed payment increases to £23.50 per day.
Statutory maternity/paternity and adoption pay will increase to £135.45 per week, while statutory sick pay rises to £85.85 per week from April 6.
The maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal increases from £68,400 to £72,300.
