Hospital doctor risk training at MDDUS

EXPLORE common risks facing hospital doctors at an MDDUS training day.

These interactive sessions will explore the most common, complex and evolving risks within the areas of consent and confidentiality and the GMC.

Anonymised case studies will be used to highlight risks and assist delegates in exploring how their own practice can be improved to reduce the risk of patient harm.

A session on record keeping will examine what makes a ‘good’ medical record and how this can be used to provide a robust response should you become the focus of legal or regulatory scrutiny.

The first training day takes place in MDDUS’ London offices on 10 April 2018.

The next session will be at our Glasgow offices on 15 August 2018.

Both days run from 9.30am to 4.30pm and cost £115 (MDDUS member)/£145 (non-member) which includes refreshments and a buffet lunch.

To book a place, or to find out more information, including a copy of the full programme, email risk@mddus.com

Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

A certificate detailing verifiable CPD will be provided to delegates on the day.
