AT MDDUS we are always looking for ways to improve our service to members and we’d love to hear what you think.
We’d like to invite members to join our customer panel where you will be asked to complete online user tests (up to two per month ), focusing on different aspects of how our website works. You’re under no obligation to complete any or all tests, but those who do will receive a £25 M&S voucher as a thank you for each one completed.
Each test scenario should take no longer than 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Depending on the type of test, you may need to download software onto your computer but this would only need to be done once and should take only 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
