MANAGERS can learn about the most common and serious risks facing GP practices in the latest MDDUS training days in Glasgow and London.
Over an interactive one-day session, practice managers can explore why claims occur, how to get the best out of your practice systems and effective ways to mitigate risk.
Other hot topics include the use of chaperones, practice use of social media and the care of transgender patients.
The training days run from 9.30 – 4.30pm. They are open to both MDDUS members and non-members and are aimed at practice managers within GP practice. Each day costs £85 for MDDUS members or £95 for non-members.
