Rebecca is a practising private dentist in Henley on Thames. She is also the Chief Clinical Officer at PortmanDentex; working there since its inception in 2009. Qualified with Honours in 1996 from Newcastle University, followed by rotational posts in the hospital and Vocational training, she spent some time working in Boots Dentalcare progressing to a regional senior dentist and clinical teaching in King’s undergraduate programme. In 2006 she established a private squat standalone practice which grew to a thriving general and referral practice. She is a Fellow of the College of General Dentistry and a member of the Association of Dental Groups. Her specialist areas of interest are restorative dentistry, risk and regulation, policy formulation, succession planning, clinician engagement, and clinical leadership.
