We're looking for candidates who are passionate about customer experience and who can add real value to the customer journey via telephone and email interactions.
You don’t have to be an expert in resolving enquiries, our experienced team will provide comprehensive training for you to be able to support our members at every stage. This could be during the application process through to if they are considering leaving, we will give you the confidence and skills to deliver a great member experience.
You'll collaborate with our wider colleagues and contribute towards MDDUS' mission, with full guidance and support from our experienced management team and Head of Department.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly between your home and the office following your initial training period, initial training typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
