Rachael undertook a law degree at the University of Newcastle and then a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Over the course of her training and upon qualifying Rachael worked in all areas of healthcare law, including as a legal services manager at a large hospital trust. During her time as a healthcare solicitor Rachael provided medical professionals with a broad range of written and oral advice relating to complaints, claims, inquests, regulatory matters and issues relating to data protection. Rachael joined MDDUS in March 2022.
