Senior medico-legal adviser

Jo graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1989 and practised in Acute Medicine and Gastroenterology. In 2006 she obtained an MA in Health Care Law and worked as a medicolegal adviser with another defence organisation for 17 years, dealing with complex cases including inquests, disciplinary cases and GMC investigations. In 2025 Jo joined MDDUS as a Senior Medicolegal Adviser.
