This 2.5 hour course will explore what is expected of GPs in relation to confidentiality and highlight the common and emerging risks.
Through the use of anonymised case examples and group discussion, delegates will gain a better understanding of how to mitigate the regulatory and legal risks associated with organisational processes, the sharing and disclosing of patient information and new ways of working as remote consulting.
This course is led by MDDUS risk advisers, Alan Frame and Kay Louise Grant.
Upon completion, a certificate detailing 2.5 hours of verifiable CPD will be provided by MDDUS to all attendees.
