This two hour, interactive course is designed for GPs and will explore the basis for medical negligence claims, along with how to mitigate risk in relation to missed or delayed diagnosis, which according to MDDUS data analysis is the most common area for medical negligence claims to arise in primary care. Self-directed learning and case discussion will be included via breakout groups.
This course is led by MDDUS risk adviser, Alan Frame.
Upon completion, a certificate detailing two hours of verifiable CPD will be provided by MDDUS to all attendees.

To take part in this workshop:
