Statutory pay for maternity, paternity, adoption and new shared parental leave increased from £138.18 to £139.58 per week.
Statutory sick pay (SSP) rate increased from £87.55 to £88.45 per week.
The lower earnings threshold is £112 per week.
The maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal has increased from £76,574 to £78,335. The cap on the compensatory award is the lower of £78,335 or 52 weeks' pay.
