MDDUS has agreed to provide additional protection for Foundation year 2 doctors from England who are working in GP practices in Scotland.
We have received queries from Scottish practices about the indemnity status of foundation trainee doctors from across the border, as state-backed CNSGP indemnity does not extend beyond England.
As a result, MDDUS has agreed to include claims indemnity for English FY2 members placed within Scottish practices.
