THE fourth episode in our popular video learning module Bleak Practice is now available to MDDUS members.
It follows on from the characters and events introduced in the first three modules – this time focusing on risks in accessing patient records and employment law issues.
It explores issues around confidentiality, the data protection act, misuse of social media and staff disciplinary proceedings.
As with the previous modules, a downloadable discussion guide will be available to help PMs and GPs take their team through these risk areas in order to help them decide whether they need to take action to reduce their own practice risk.
