Vikki Macleod

Director

With 35 years of technology, transformation and partnerships experience in general insurance and financial services, Vikki has held strategic and executive level roles with Virgin Money, Tesco Bank, HSBC and Equiniti. She was also a trustee for Tesco PLC’s pension schemes, helping manage and apply the assets of its £8bn trust fund.

In addition to being a Group non-executive director for MDDUS, she is a member of its Remuneration and Nominations Committee and the Chair of MDDUS Services Limited, the Group’s FCA regulated subsidiary. 
 
Vikki’s other directorships include Chairwoman for Libereat, a Scottish food tech business; Group non-executive director for Safehinge Primera, a product design business for whom she is the chair of the Remunerations Committee; and Group non-executive director for AND Digital, a digital innovation and partnership business, for whom she also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee.

She is a former non-executive director for IndigoVision PLC, the global security and business intelligence company for whom she was also chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Vikki was also an Independent Growth Advisor, helping mid-market business leaders as part of Grant Thornton’s Growth 365 service. (Appointed to the Board in 2020)
