With 30 years of technology, transformation and partnerships experience in general insurance and financial services, Vikki has held strategic and executive level roles with Virgin Money, Tesco Bank, HSBC and Equiniti. She was also a trustee for Tesco PLC’s pension schemes, helping manage and apply the assets of its £8bn trust fund.

Since then, Vikki has built a portfolio of non-executive directorships, including chairmanship for Libereat Ltd, a Scottish food tech business. She is a former non-executive director and audit committee chair for IndigoVision PLC, the global security and business intelligence company recently acquired by Motorola, and Zonal Retail Data Systems, the UK’s No1 Hospitality Business Solutions Provider. Vikki was also an Independent Growth Advisor, helping mid-market business leaders as part of Grant Thornton’s Growth 365 service. (Appointed to the Board in 2020)
