Sunila qualified as a solicitor in October 2019 and joined Capsticks Solicitors, specialising in healthcare law and representing NHS Trusts and private insurers in clinical negligence claims (including complex and high-value claims) and inquests. She subsequently joined Pogust Goodhead working on class actions. Sunila joined MDDUS in August 2024 and specialises in claims, insurance coverage and inquests.
