Over an interactive day, doctors can explore the key medico-legal requirements and frameworks associated with good record keeping.

This interactive full day workshop will focus on the key medico-legal requirements and frameworks associated with good record keeping. Attendees will explore the common pitfalls and the ways in which medical records can be used to support you when medical action arises.

Using a mix of lecture, interactive exercises and case discussion, topics will also include: the risk management of workflow processes, the importance of documenting key aspects of the consent process, documentation of chaperones, and how to ensure medical records comply with data protection legislation and requirements.

The training day is open to both MDDUS members and non-members and is aimed at all doctors.
