In cases where an employee is awarded financial compensation, following representation of a practice by our legal partners, the award will be met on the practices’ behalf by MDDUS. This would provide members with a significant saving considering disability claimants have been awarded in excess of £200,000.
Note that all GP/GDPs employers within the group practice scheme must be a member of the MDDUS.

The annual subscription for this package is based on the number of sessions that each GP/GDP member within the practice undertakes on average per week.
For example, the annual cost for the LRI package in a practice with three partners, where two GPs work 7 sessions or more (2 x £75) and one GP works 3 sessions a week (1 x £38), will be £188 a year.
