1. Complete the application form and return it to us
1. Process your application
2. Allocate you a named individual from our Transfer Team whom you can contact if, in the unlikely event, you experience any difficulties
3. Notify your current Medical/Dental Defence Organisation that you are cancelling your membership with them
4. If paying by direct debit we will set this up with your bank
