An annual subscription renewal notice is normally sent out by the MDDUS 28 days before the subscription is due and states the renewal date and amount due.
In order to provide continuous cover, a subscription must be paid before the renewal date. If no payment is received after two reminders and a final notice, membership will be terminated.
