The Union has two legal teams providing our members with guidance and access to expert legal representation throughout the UK.
Simon Dinnick is Head of Legal Services for the Union, providing advice on policy and management issues, as well as leading a team of lawyers based in our London office. We also have a team of lawyers dedicated to the Scottish membership and based in Glasgow, led by David Holmes, Head of Law and Claims (Scotland).
All the lawyers can assist members with guidance and expert help and representation as required in all aspects of professional practice. The combination of talents represents a team of some of the UK's top medico-legal and dento-legal specialists, and is supplemented as necessary by the availability of high quality outside healthcare lawyers when required.
