The Union’s Legal Services Division provides our members with guidance and access to expert legal representation throughout the UK.
Simon Dinnick is General Counsel for the Union. Based in our London office, he provides front line legal support to members as well as focusing on corporate legal matters, strategic planning and consultation issues. Our Legal Services Division is led by our Joint Heads of Legal Services, Emma Parfitt and David Holmes. Emma leads the team from our London office while David is based in Glasgow.
All the lawyers can assist members with guidance and expert help and representation as required in all aspects of professional practice.
