Hot Topics

Healthcare professionals have a range of different needs and interests when it comes to training.

That's why the MDDUS offer a series of "hot topic" training courses on the subjects we believe are most relevant to healthcare professionals and their teams.

The hot topic training courses are designed to examine a key area of interest or to develop a specific skill. The object of these sessions is to provide healthcare professionals with a set of knowledge or practical tools to take back to practice.

Managing your time effectively

  • Set goals and priorities that enable you to manage your time
  • Monitor daily work habits to determine areas for improvement
  • Plan daily tasks and goals that align with your practice goals and vision
  • Identify, evaluate and select tools that help with time and priority management
  • Avoid over-committing yourself and combat procrastination
  • Balance your professional and personal lives 

Behaving and communicating for results

  • Understand your own behavioural style and its impact
  • Modify your behavioural and communication style according to your audience
  • Maximise the impact of your personal and working interactions
