Successful completion of this five-day programme will achieve an Award in First Line Management. The course is designed for aspiring healthcare managers and anyone within medical practices and dental practices responsible for leading a healthcare team.

The programme will help you develop the necessary skills, knowledge, understanding and techniques required to get the most out of your teams and to improve the functioning and effectiveness of your medical or dental practice.

Healthcare Management Certificate Programme

Successful completion of this monthly, day-release, year-long programme leads to an ILM Certificate in First Line Management. The course is designed for practising or aspiring medical practice or dental practice managers.

The programme includes attendance at 10 face-to-face workshops, 5 self-study workbooks, 7 Mini-Assessments on course modules, 1 Work-Based Assignment and a Change Management Report
